Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all text, content, documents, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand identities, characters, trade names, graphics, designs, copyrights, trade dress, and other intellectual property found on the Kamicrew Platform, along with the organization, compilation, look, feel, illustrations, artwork, videos, music, software, and any other works on the Platform (collectively referred to as "Content") are owned by Kamicrew.com or are used with permission or under license from a third party (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"). These are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Limited Use; Restrictions on Use

You are granted permission to use the Content and/or any services and products on the Platform solely for lawful purposes as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Any other use or misuse of any Content is strictly prohibited. Kamicrew grants you a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content, with no right to sublicense, under the following conditions:

• You may not copy, retransmit, modify, disseminate, display, perform, reuse, re-post, broadcast, circulate, or otherwise distribute the Content, nor modify or re-use all or part of the Content without Kamicrew's express written consent.
• You may not use any tradename, trademark, or brand name of Kamicrew in metatags, keywords, or hidden text.
• You may not create derivative works from the Content or commercially exploit the Content, in whole or in part, in any way.
• You may not use the Platform, the Content, and/or any portion thereof, in a way that could give a false or misleading impression, attribution, or statement about Kamicrew, the Owner, or any third party mentioned on the Platform.

Kamicrew reserves all other rights. You shall not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright notice, digital watermarks, proprietary legends, or any other notice included in the Content. Unless expressly provided herein, nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting a license under Kamicrew's and/or its Owner’s intellectual property rights, either by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Kamicrew may revoke any of the rights above and/or your access to the Platform or any part thereof, including blocking your IP Address, at any time without prior notice.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that Kamicrew has infringed upon your intellectual property rights, please notify us at [email protected]. Your notice must include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of an authorized representative of the intellectual property owner.
• The URL where the allegedly infringing merchandise is sold.
• Identification of the copyright, trademark, or other right that is allegedly infringed, along with proof of ownership (such as a copy of an existing trademark or copyright registration).
• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material in the submitted URL is unauthorized by the rights owner or its licensee, which constitutes infringement under federal or state law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is complete and accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner or other rights holder.
